Rhyd y Clafdy

Filed under: cycling — Mike Chapman @ 9:00 pm

Today we went for a twenty five mile ride in cool but sunny conditions. Plas yn Rhiw, Bodlondeb, Rhyd y clafdy, and then on to the really minor roads to Dinas and on to Llaniestyn and Botwnrog. The roads here have grass growing in the middle and are as close to being off road when you are on road if you know what I mean.

Lynne and I disagree about the least unpleasant hill back to the house. I favour the direct approach past Plas yn Rhiw, Lynne prefers the diversion around Mynydd Rhiw. Each to their own they are both tough.

We have found a house that sells fish on the way to Aberdaron. We had grey Mullet last night with fried apples and red wine and fresh crab tonight.
