I needed to visit the BETT Exhibition at Olympia (IT things to do with Education) and we combined it with a visit to Sarah and Mark at Clapham Common and  then on to Wimbledon to see Al and Annie. All on public transport! I forgot to mention on our walk on Wimbledon common where we spotted a pair of parakeets squawking and showing off bring green plumage.  A first for me in Britain.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.chaplog.co.uk\/gallery\/main.php?g2_itemId=71463\"><br \/>\nSome photographs<\/a><br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>I have been to BETT many times. It used to be a marathon as I went for the day. Now I do the whole thing in a more leisurely fashion by combining it with visiting family and friends.
